I don't have much to write about but I felt like writing anyway. Mainly because my brand new computer is freakin' awesome. Our old one was sick and we needed to put it out of its misery. This keyboard is really quiet and doesn't have food crumbs between the keys. Sa-weet.
Last night I made spaghetti for the boys, then some vegan fettuccine Alfreda (from VWaV) for myself and Grace. I used the recipe for the first time, but I added half a package of silken tofu for extra creaminess. I also really needed to use up that tofu. It was pretty yummy, especially with the sauteed mushrooms on top, and the garlicky kale on the side. I ate a TON of the kale. Grace is on a food strike, so she ate a few curly fries and that was it.
Another year is over...I do not have any plans for New Year's Eve, but just watching movies and relaxing sounds like fun to me. If anyone is interested, let me know.
