Infiltration

I had an ulterior motive when I took a job as a paraprofessional at a high school. No, it wasn't because I was desperate for a job and the principal called and offered it to me. I had a plan all along.

Teenagers are very impressionable. I know. I was one, a hundred years ago. Everything I read and saw and heard blew my mind and changed me in a million different ways. I was stretching, trying to find where I was comfortable and who I really was.

I walk through the halls, unassuming, just here to help, but really, I am changing their world, very subtly, so they don't even realize it. And when I mold the minds of the young people, I am really changing the world.

Cloud Cult has now officially been played in the senior hallway.

The book Johnny Got His Gun (my copy, the one I stole borrowed from my school) is making its way through students, spreading the virus word of mouth.

There are now several students who have enjoyed the movie A Clockwork Orange.

All I have to do is just say something is really awesome...then sit back and watch the results.

OK, so it's not really that easy. As far as I know, nobody has stopped eating meat. Still work to be done...
