I had trouble sleeping last night for some reason. I had to wake up to my alarm clock much earlier than I wanted. I went on a nice power walk with my friend. I drove to another town to interview an 88-year-old lady who works out three times a week. I have another interview still to set up, then two to write today. I am stiff and sore from the hardcore yoga I did with Garrett yesterday. I cannot for the life of me stop listening to Cloud Cult's new CD. I have one in the van, one in the kitchen, my computer, and my mp3 player so I never have to go anywhere without hearing it. I got a paycheck today. The sun is shining. I have a deadline that seems impossible, and yet I am blogging.
I feel freaking awesome.
I think there is something to this exercise thing. I think it may catch on...
