The Middle Child

I have a boy in the middle named Drew. He's four right now, soon to be five. He is growing up finally, maturing and speaking clearly, understanding things and learning so much so fast. He can be the sweetest boy in the world, and he can also be a little devil. Right now I was just looking up sewing tips on the internet and he was sitting in my lap, kissing my face. He has been doing this a long time, and he has a method to it that always makes me laugh. First he kisses my eyes, then he "hugs" them. He proceeds to my nose, mouth, chin, ears, etc. Then I have to do it back to him. It's so cute. We get this little bit of time together while Grace is sleeping and Garrett is at school, and I can tell it means a lot to him. He craves attention and affection and praise makes him glow all over. I just wish he would go to bed at night, or actually eat a meal that didn't consist of fish sticks, chicken nuggets or spaghetti-o's. He took this picture with my digital camera. Usually I have to delete about 50 pictures of his foot when he gets the camera but this one I saved. I love it.
