Last night I tried something new...I found a drink mix at the Bent and Dent for 75 cents - Coconut Cream Horchata. Oh, yeah. You don't even know what that is, and you are totally jealous because I drink things with cool names like "horchata." Horchata is a drink that can be made with almonds, rice or other grains or nuts. In this case, as served in some Mexican restaurants, it is a rice-based drink. With coconut milk added.
Don't be jealous. I may try plain rice horchata one day, but this stuff tasted like the suntan lotion I used when I was a kid. In liquid form, over ice. Blech!
You are also totally jealous of my fabulous photography skills, admit it.
